So how do you spell the name of the new USMNT coach anyway?
So what's your name anyway, sunshine? (AP Photo).
U.S. Soccer, at the request of coach Klinsmann, spells his first name "Jurgen."
The Associated Press uses his formal, given name, which is "Juergen," the spelling he uses on legal documents.
Klinsmann himself spells it Jürgen, with two dots above the "u," as you can see on his official website, which is the same way, incidentally, German media spell it.
