Rules Meeting... very late

I didn't want to go the last rules meeting of the season, but it just worked out that way. I missed the advanced clinics because I was out-of-town on both of them; and missed another because of a snow storm (and I had already been stranded away from home because of one of them this year thankyouverymuch).
