Cam Newton Lost $60 Million Due to Lockout

The NFL lockout hurt a lot of people. People lost jobs, sports writers were left with nothing to write about and football fans were bored out of their minds. But nobody lost as much as Cam Newton.

The No. 1 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft signed with the Carolina Panthers on Friday. However, due to new rookie contract restrictions, Cam Newton's deal was worth only $22 million.
