Roy Williams Released by Dallas Cowboys

In a somewhat surprising move, the Dallas Cowboys will soon release wide receiver Roy Williams. Why did Roy Williams get released? It's all about the new $120 million salary cap. The Cowboys were $17 million over the cap and that meant the team had to shed salary. In doing so, Roy Williams was a casualty.
