Union Deal Jordan Harvey To Vancouver

This could very well be one of the oddest trades I've seen. The Philadelphia Union have traded defender Jordan Harvey to the Vancouver Whitecaps for allocation money.
Harvey had been a key player for the Union, making 16 starts for a defense that had yielded the second fewest goals in the league.
