Eric Frimpong backers still trying to fight guilty verdict

Remember Eric Frimpong? The UC Santa Barbara player was convicted of raping a woman on the beach back in 2007, and has now served (if my calculations are correct) over half of his six year sentence. His legion of supporters continue to file documents in the hope of freeing him, the latest being a Writ of Habeas Corpus.
