Toronto Signs Two DPs

On a day when Toronto FC is set to take on their Canadian rivals, the Vancouver Whitecaps. The club has gone out and made a big splash in the transfer market. The club announced today the signings of German World Cup midfielder Torsten Frings and former PSV Einhoven striker Danny Koevermans as the club's newest Designated Players.
