Timbers Tid Bits: Transfers Edition
Looks like some teams are getting in on the transfer rush a little earlier than the July 15th international transfer window opening as the New York Red Bulls and DC United made a shock trade yesterday that saw Canadian midfielder Dwayne de Rosario head to DC in exchange for the Portland Timbers first expansion draft pick Dax McCarty (many of you will remember the Timbers traded Dax for Rodney Wallace).
