Gold Cup: Honduras, Mexico Advance
Saturday night's Gold Cup quarterfinals ended with a tiebreaker in game one to put Honduras through to the semifinals where they will face Mexico on Wednesday in Houston. After dominating Group A, Mexico needed two second-half goals to put Guatemala out of the tournament. In the early game, Honduras went ahead three minutes into the second-half at the New Meadowlands when Jerry Bengtson scored.
