Chelsea may not be getting one of South America's top young talents, but they might land one of Europe's.
Chelsea has confirmed it is in talks with RSC Anderlecht stiker Roman Lukaku. The 18-year-old Belgian international has been held in high regard by Chelsea for some time, and the club is now in negotiations with him.
