FIFA donates $6m to assist Japan's earthquake-tsunami recovery
The Japan Football Association has confirmed that the world football body, FIFA, will donate about $6 million in aid to J-League clubs affected by the disastrous 11 March earthquake and tsunami. Several clubs, whose stadiums were damaged by the magnitude 9.0 earthquake and resulting tsunami, will receive $4.
