Altidore delivers in Gold Cup debut

DETROIT - Jozy Altidore entered the media press conference room following the U.S. men's national team's Gold Cup opener with Canada and was quickly received with the Man of the Match trophy, a small-sized silver replica of the actual Gold Cup.
