Does International Soccer Matter Anymore?

I grew up as a football loving boy in a sports mad family in England. I dreamt of playing for England in most of the major sports but it was always the dream of playing football for England that I would return to. This has been the staple image of young football fans in England and around the world for decades but there is a feeling that I can't escape that things are changing dramatically.
