How about paying 10 pence to the English FA every time an Argie kicks a football because as I recall there is a club called Newell's Old Boys in Rosario named after an English chap who introduced that sport to Argentina in the late 1800s? Either that or send over your two World Cups to English FA, 25 Soho Square, London, W1D 4FA.
