Well, They Couldn’t Suck Forever
In any league, and in any sport,there's always going to have to be a handful of teams that aren't doing to well. It's just the facts, and it will periodically happen to just about every franchise.
Of course, most teams won't look at this as a chance to serve the greater good and accept the position, and all will eventually make moves to fix whatever ails them.
