Referees appointed for FIFA U-20 World Cup IEWY News FIFA has appointed the referees for the FIFA U-20 World Cup Colombia 2011. The 57 officials will take charge of the 52 matches at the prestigious youth tournament, which being played in eight venues throughout Colombia between 29 July and 20 August.
