River Plate-Puerto Rico President Speaks Out About Club’s Expulsion From USL
Mr. Miguel "Mike" Roca, the founder of the Puerto Rico Soccer League (PRSL) and the current president of Club Atlético River Plate-Puerto Rico has now spoken out about the crisis facing the league and his club.
Prior to Roca's first public comments, Mr. Claudio Álvarez-Dunn, the franchise's general manager, had been the organization's sole voice dealing with the press in response to the crisis.
