Behind the Axe: An inside peek into the Portland Timbers’ new home

I have to admit that the 2011 Timbers media day had me rather excited, because not only was the day a chance to see the team prepare for the home opener on April 14 versus Chicago, but it gave many a firsthand look at the significant changes in the grounds. While pictures may display the depth of some changes, I can honestly say they don't do the updates complete justice.
