First MLS Cascadia Cup match between Timbers and Sounders ends in 1-1 draw
The first ever Cascadia Cup match in MLS history ended in a 1-all draw played in front of more than 36,000 fans at Qwest Field in Seattle, WA. The Portland Timbers and Seattle Sounders played a spirited match that had some interesting moments and plenty of back-and-forth play, but in the end, the rivals could only muster one goal each to earn the draw.
