Tarpley injured in U.S. win over Japan
Lindsay Tarpley (Madison) got a scare Saturday night, as the midfielder was forced to leave the U.S. women's national team's 2-0 win over Japan in Columbus, Ohio, because of a knee injury.
Tarpley went 10 months between national team appearances after suffering a torn right ACL in her knee in August 2009.
