Aston Villa Begin Contract Talks With Downing
According to Mat Kendrick at the Birmingham Mail, Aston Villa have begun contract talks with midfielder Stewart Downing. The 26-year-old said,
"I think there's been a couple of conversations already with my agent ... I've already spoken to the manager who has said he'd like to keep me .
