No Rest For Carroll This Summer After England Under-21s Call
Andy Carroll is facing a gruelling summer after he was named in England's provisional 40-man squad
for the Under-21 European Championships in Denmark.

senior international side, would be left out to allow him to rest at the end of an injury-affected
season.
