Monterrey topples Real Salt Lake to win CCL title
Real Salt Lake had a chance to make history on Wednesday night, but instead of history, RSL watched another team lift a trophy on its home turf.
Despite a plethora of early chances, and because of a handful of wasted late chances, RSL failed to score the goal that would make Real Salt Lake the first MLS team to win a CONCACAF Champions League title.
