Bale becomes fourth Spurs star to win PFA award
As widely expected by many, Gareth Bale picked up the PFA player of the year award last night and in so doing, became the fourth Spurs player to collect the trophy after Pat Jennings, Clive Allen and David Ginola.
Speaking at the event Gareth said: "It is an honour really when you look at the names that have won it before and it just makes you go 'wow' really.
