Mexico Takes CONCACAF U-20 Crown, American Referees Earn Honor
American referee Mark Geiger was the man in the middle as Mexico claimed its 11th CONCACAF U-20
Championship on Sunday evening in Guatemala City.
Costa Rica got on the board first from a Joseph Mora goal in the 16th minute, but Mexico answered
back just two minutes later. Carlos Orrantia regained the one-goal lead for the Mexicans just
before halftime and Ulises Davila added an insurance goal in the 51st minute.
