Decent performance, bad result


Alex Ferguson is a great manager. No, actually, scrap that, he might even be the greatest manager of all time. But the man makes it extremely difficult for anyone but the most blinkered red to truly respect him, and that has a lot to do with his sheer lack of class. I can take him jumping up and down the touchline for every tackle on Rooney as if his son just got shot, but is it really that difficult to be dignified in victory and defeat?
