Tactics - Philadelphia v. Vancouver 3/26/11
[Editor's Note: Another great tactics post by Earl. Front page'd]
Just because you play an offensive tactic doesn't mean that offense ensues.
That was the theme Saturday, as Philadelphia struggled through the first half against a physical bunch from Vancouver. Fortunately for the Union, the Whitecaps couldn't maintain their composure, and their loss of manpower on the pitch contributed to a 1-0 Union victory and an early Eastern Conference lead.
