The Portland Timbers have announced their first international friendly as they will play play renowned Dutch Eredivisie club AFC Ajax in a friendly Wednesday, May 25, at JELD-WEN Field; kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Ajax is one of the most storied clubs in European soccer.
