In the modern game, it's often difficult to get the whole team working together for a common purpose, as players are so often too consumed with individual gains, be they professional, monetary or revenge motivated.

This is not an issue for Rio Segundo in Argentina. They found a common cause and went about achieving their goals in a team oriented way.
