Steven Gerrard Out For Four Weeks Following Operation On Groin Injury
Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard has been ruled out for four weeks with a groin injury.
The 30-year-old underwent successful surgery on the problem and will not return until mid-April on
the advice of a specialist.
Reports suggested the Reds captain could miss Sunday's win over Manchester United after he was
believed to have picked up the injury in training last Friday, but he played in the match before
being left out for the Europa League loss to SC Braga.
