Rooney gets away with murder, yet again
This was a classic case of the refereeing bias and incompetence in the Premier League, it is also a great example of how useless the FA are at enforcing the rules of the game. Rooney's assault on McCarthy was disgraceful, it was a premeditated smash with the elbow, a really aggressive and violent act, a clear straight red card offence, arguably it was one that merited more than a three match ban
