Everton And Birmingham Draw 1-1
Birmingham City moved out of the Premier League relegation zone Wednesday, leapfrogging West Ham, after drawing 1-1 at Everton. Everton, who could have gone eighth and to within a point of a Europa League spot with victory, climb one place to ninth.
In-form Jean Beausejour put Alex McLeish's side ahead on Merseyside with his second in as many games before John Heitinga levelled for Everton with a stunning strike on 35 minutes.
