Robbie Keane boost for Ireland
Giovanni Trappatoni received a welcome boost today with the news that Robbie Keane will resume full
training with West Ham this week.
Record Irish goalscorer Keane, who resumed light training early last week is now ready to rejoin
the Hammers first team squad.
Ireland face Macedonia in a crucial Euro 2012 qualifier in Dublin in three weeks time and a fit
Robbie Keane would be an important boost to an Irish forward line already showing top form with the
recent goal scoring displays of Wolves Kevin Doyle and Readings Shane Long.
