Green light for Champions League in Nicaragua?

From Nicaragua comes the welcome news that stadium improvements at Real Estelí's Estadio Independencia have been completed. (The article was in Pinolero Sports, but it appears to be a verbatim copy of a Real Estelí press release.) The most important improvement has been the upgrades to the stadium lighting, which now have a brightness of 1200 lux which is in line with CONCACAF regulations.
