USL PRO Week in Review for 2/18/2011



USL PRO clubshave been busy with player signings this week. The Rochester Rhinos announced the inking of former Puerto Rico Islanders' forward Kendall Jagdeosingh, while the Richmond Kickers signed Stanley Nyazamba, a midfielder who played for FC Tampa Bay in 2010.
