Chelsea Still Plan Summer Spending Spree For Neymar

Having already spent a fortune in the winter transfer window even with reports of financial loss issues, reports from England suggested that Chelsea's owner, Roman Abramovic, want to continue his big spending in the summer as the Blues are still keen on signing Brazilian young talent, Neymar.
