Arnoux Headed For A Lottery

For a while now a lot of people have been asking what is going on with the Cody Arnoux situation. Like I mentioned before the SuperDraft I figured he would be placed in a weighted lottery similar to what happened to David Bingham recently.

Turns out that is looking like it will be the case.
