Is Gallas worth a two year contract?
He might not have been a popular signing, but William Gallas looks to have won over a lot of his critics and is set for a new contract. Gallas signed in the summer on a one year deal, with an option for an extension once he had played a certain amount of games.
With Spurs' injury problems at the back, Gallas has featured more than anyone probably expected and he has turned in some solid performances, most notably in our 3-2 away win at Arsenal.
