Timbers sell more than 11.000 season tickets
PORTLAND, Ore.— The Portland Timbers announced that the team has surpassed 11,000 season tickets sold for its inaugural Major League Soccer season in 2011. With today's announcement, fewer than 1,000 season tickets remain as the club plans to cap season ticket sales at 12,000 for its inaugural season.
