Rooney Scores Two as Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea All Win

Manchester United beat Aston Villa 3-1 to stay five points clear of Arsenal, who won 2-1 against Everton, at the top of the Premier League.

Wayne Rooney had scored just one league goal from open play prior to his first-minute strike against Villa. The England striker controlled Edwin van der Sar's clearance with delightful ease before rattling in a dipping shot.
