A group of soccer supporters representing the Miami Ultras, FC Tampa Bay Ralph's Mob, NSC Minnesota Stars Dark Clouds , Puerto Rico Islanders Foreign Legion, Carolina Railhawks Jailhawks, Atlanta Silverbacks Westside 109 and the Montréal Impact Ultras Montréal Supporters sent a letter to US Soccer today.
