Egypt Game Cancelled
On Monday, the United States Soccer Federation officially announced that the friendly between the USA and Egypt scheduled for February 9th in Cairo has been cancelled due to the political problems in the region. "We were excited about the opportunity to play against Egypt, but due to the current situation all parties agreed it was best to cancel the match," US Soccer president Sunil Gulati said.
