Official: Chelsea Break The Bank & Sign Fernando Torres
UPDATE: According to Chelsea's official website, Chelsea have completed the signing of Liverpool striker Fernando Torres for a fee thought to be around Liverpool's asking price of £50million. Torres signed a five-and-a-half year deal with the club.
