Chelsea Latest: Fernando Torres ON, David Luiz OFF
Chelsea have made an official bid of £35 million for Fernando Torres in a deal that will in no doubt, heat up in the next few days as the deadline for the January transfer window 2011 approaches. The opening of the cheque book by Roman Abramovich seems to have been finally confirmed after Chelsea made this mega bid earlier today.
