West Brom Make Offer For Striker Choupo-Moting

According to Chris Lepkowski at the Birmingham Mail, West Bromwich are interested in signing HSV striker Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and have made an offer. His father and agent said,

"HSV have had offers from Germany but also England, for example from West Bromwich Albion .
