Luiz - Have we lost out?
There have been reports this morning that the deal to sign David Luiz is on the verge of collapse and I have to wonder why. At the moment the information we have to work with is that Benfica are negotiating a deal with the majority of the transfer fee being paid up front by Chelsea and not in installments.
