CONMEBOL: Qualifiers for 2011 Libertadores begin
The qualifying round for the 2011 Copa Libertadores begins this week with twelve teams hoping to gain the final six places in the group stages of South America's élite club competition. Stoppage Time International Football Blog previews each of the two-legged contests:
ALIANZA LIMA (Peru) v JAGUARESÂ de CHIAPAS (Mexico)
Peru's biggest club Alianza have never got beyond the semi-finals of the Copa Libertadores despite making 21 appearances in the competition.
