New contract could thwart Spurs’ shock transfer

Yesterday Sky Sports reported that Tottenham could make a shock swoop for former Spurs goalkeeper Paul Robinson. The English international has rediscovered his form at Blackburn this season, and with Tottenham's Brazilian goalkeeper Gomes struggling with injury, Robinson has been linked with a return to White Hart Lane.
