Nets Cancel Carmelo Anthony Trade
For months, the New Jersey Nets have tried and tried and tried to trade for Carmelo Anthony. After hitting multiple dead ends, the Nets have decided to cancel trade talks and move on. In other words, Carmelo Anthony will not be traded to the Nets. The announcement was made by Mikhail Prokhorov, the Russian billionaire owner of the Nets.
