Goal and Shot Ratios: The Big 4 Leagues Mid-Season
How many shots have teams needed to score goals this year? In an earlier post, I had reported goal
and shot ratios for the Big 4 leagues overall. Here's where we stand mid-season for the leagues and
by individual teams.
Recall that, over the long run, the goal to shot ratio tends to be around .111 - or 1 goal in 9
shots.
